I've created a Nintex form that I would like all my fellow employees to fill out. How do I attach the form to an email to send out, instead of sending them to the SharePoint site and clicking new item?

Hi MrNelson,
You can send the new item URL instead
e.g.
http://yourtennant/sites/sitename/lists/listname/NewForm.aspx
or
{Workflow Context:Current site URL}/Lists/{Workflow Context:List Name}/NewForm.aspx
This will open a new form directly if user has edit access on the list

Its not possible to send the Nintex form in the email, you have to send the link to "new item" in the email.
Click on "New Item" in your list, copy the url from the browser's address bar, and send the link in email.
