I'm working on a form that has a few panels, one of which has a single line of text control. It seems like this control doesn't save any information to the column it is connected to unless it's positioned below the submit button, which is extremely odd. The control in question is the long single line of text control in these screenshots. So, this first screenshot is what does not work. When I publish this form and try to use it, the FolderLink column is just blank after I put text in it and click Submit (the action on the Submit button is Save).
But when I set it up this way, it does work:
How can I get this to work with Step 3 above the Submit button?
