How to Validate and Read the selected metadata term value

I am working on Nintex 2013 On premises.

can someone let me know How to validate a  managed metadata column in Nintex form and how to read the metadata selected Term value in to a label and display in the form.

Regarding Managed metadata validation on a Nintex Forms, I think that you will have to write Javascript.
