Increase Service Instance Refresh Time Out

HI All, 

 

When I am trying to refresh service instances through smartobject tester tool it keeps timing out intermittently.  I remember that you can update this time out value as I have done this before but can't remember where anymore. Can anyone help?

Thanks. I cannot find that config file. I am on 4.6.9 and I remeber reading a lot of these files were consolidated and put into the main host server config file. I found a line in there inside the sourcecode.smartobjects.runtime tag and i increased the timeout i that line which seemed to work.
