Hi

I created a simple workflow with K2 Designer for SharePoint just for learning (actually I followed an example in K2 University,

Workflow Start,  send an email... that all

I started the workflow on an library item,  see the email sent out , all good but the workflow status show as "In Progess" and never completed.

How do I add a stop workflow comand in K2 designer for SharePoint.?

Thanks

Have you created a Process Portal?

Create a new site.  you will see a site template for K2 Process Portal.

Open that site, go to settings and you will see your workflow name.  Add it to the list of workflows that Process portal watches and you will see all sorts of management capabilities.  You should see the ability to stop it in the Management worklist or one of the other links on the  left hand side.  In addition if the workflow is in error, you can see the error using the Error Log link.  And, you can use the Error link to restart the workflow.

HTH,

Rob

If you go through your Worflow, check that in the Proccess field the Checkbox for "this will finisch the workflow" is set
