If I have Document Library and want to build K2.NET event that attached on Doc, does anyone have experience how to build this
(Then event on the red circle line below)

The Menu Item you are referring to in the image is part of the K2.net 2003 Collaboration Tools. Once you have installed the components please have a look at the Help Files for a detailed step-by-step on how to configure the components. You can use K2.net SmartMenus or K2.net Workflow Services for SharePoint to achieve this (both part of the Collaboration Tools)
