K2 Submit rules with infopath

  When K2 interacts with infopath, it creates submit rules and activates the  ‘Allow users to submit’ option.  As we are triggering processes another way we do not want this option available to users.  I have switched this off.  But everytime I go back into the form K2 has turned the option back on again! Is there somewhere that we can turn this off permanently for a form?

The only solution I have is to keep a copy of the modified form (i.e. once it's been published by K2, you download it from the formlib and edit it to remove the rule, then save it), and re-publish this copy after each K2 deployment of your process. I guess you could script this, in order to have this done automatically when you deploy.

Thanks, I had a nasty feeling that might be the only choice.  I was hoping there might be a better way!
