I've never encountered such a problem. Try downloading the latest version of the K2 Five (5.4) installer (5.0005.1000.3).exe. Unblock the file before running it, in the properties of the downloaded file.

Hi ncheevasereecho,

When I see the below error message, it's usually an indicator the account is not on the domain or the account comes from a subdomain. May I ask, is the account a domain user?

'System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryServicesCOMException: The user name or password is incorrect'

Domain account should run the Setup Manager
https://help.nintex.com/en-US/k2five/icg/5.4/default.htm#Plan/Required-Permissions.htm?TocPath=Plan%257C_____8

Thank you guys.

The error occurred when I logged in with '.USER' and run the setup.exe.
From ' solution, I found that my server have been join the domain 'XXX.com'.

So I try to run the setup.exe with 'XXXUSER' and it works !!!!!.
