Within smartforms you experience some forms appear to stay in an infinite spinner or just stay hung completely.
In some cases the form doesn't load at all for specific users. The only workaround at the moment is by removing the user profile folders from the machine that is being use.
Is there a way to get around this ?
Resolution
The error here was discovered by using tools the developer tools (F12) and checking the console to see if any errors would appear.
This seemed to be an xml error that was causing the infinite spinner. this particular error is to do with a disabled icon, an internet explorer add on "XML DOM Document 6.0" which had been disabled by the group policy.
If re-enable this then the error should no longer occur.
Client is happy to close to call.
