I found a number of Workflows that have been running for a long time (average is 87 days). When I attempt to Terminate them I get the following error message.

"soap:SeverServer was unable to process request. ---> Item does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user."

How do I delete these workflow do i need to use the delete WF in bulk script? (Which I have no idea how to do!)

Also,

I've looked through the all of the questions and perhaps I've missed it.  Can "Errored" Workflows be Terminated Pragmatically and then restarted?

Have you tried this >>> How to remove or block a Workflow on Office 365

That's a really Good suggestion! Thought it would work but it didn't. I did have a bunch of stuff in there that I removed and then went back into the list where I have all my In process old WF and tried to delete them and received the same error message.
