could you please suggest how I have to insert multiple javascript variables from one list nintex form to another list with multiple items

Our requirement is to under one form we are having 50 rows and 7 fields for each row when ever we are saving the form it has tocreate an item in different list each as separate item.so in list we can't accomidate that many fields that's why we are gong for this approach.please suggest it is better soultion
