I built a K2 SmartForm to query the built-in SMO's Process Instance, WorkflowProcessStatus, Activity Instance Destination, and WorkflowDestinationStatus in order to basically replace the K2 Process portal's reporting and management worklist functionality because it was too dang slow. This is working pretty well however I have noticed that on occasion the Activity Instance Destination SMO will report tasks as being currently assigned if a process was deleted. It seems that the raw data in the table still exists even after the process is deleted (but logging data is preserved). I am currently filtering on a "Status" value of "Active", and the deleted process/task assignment still shows thi svalue. Shouldn't it be some other status?
Is there a way to delete the process logging data after I have already deleted it once?
