Hello Everyone,

I have enabled Lazy Approval on a Flexi Task in a workflow that I have created on a SharePoint 2013 custom list.

The problem that I am having is that Nintex generates a series of random letters for the Lazy Approval Token and adds these letters to the email subject line. Please see the example below:

As seen above after the phrase - Please Review is [#DDGYBHYBRX#]. I need to either remove this from the email subject line or be able to insert the Position name into the subject line ahead of the Lazy Approval token that is in the subject line.

People that are receiving this email are deleting them as they think that they are junk due to the Lazy Approval token in the subject line.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Sean Docherty,

This code is to correctly identify the task that you are replying to. It cannot be modified. See more details here: gettingĀ  [#CCCSZUZUZ#] on my email subject
