How to delete selected K2 Workflow Version

Symptoms


We would like to delete old version of K2 workflow, but the "Delete selected version" option is disabled, and only allow to delete all versions or delete all versions except default version option. How can we delete only one version of the K2 workflow?
 

Diagnoses


"Delete selected version" option is disabled when no version has been selected to be deleted, or if the version selected has been set as the default version
 

Resolution

Try the following:

• From K2 Management Console > Workflow Server > Processes > (Category) > (Workflow Name) > Versions, click on the version you want to delete, make sure it has been highlighted, then click on the Delete Process button. From your screenshot, it seems you did not specifically select the version you want to delete

• If the above does not work, make sure the version you want to delete is not the default version. If it is the default version, select another version and set it as the default workflow version before you proceed to delete the version you do not want.

Please note that once you have deleted a version of the workflow, any instances that are still running that version of the workflow will also be removed.
