Approval Process

Hello Team,

Is there a way to make the workflow to wait till all the approvers approve/reject the document using Assign flexi task?

Also I need to generate a consolidated report of who approved and reject the document.

Any leads, would be appreciated.

Hello,

Yes when you configure the Flexi Task, you can select the behaviour :

And for your report you must store task IDs :

When all approvers have completed their tasks, make a query list to get outcome for all of these task IDs :

Thanks for your response!

But as of I noticed with the "All must agree", if the first person rejects, WF would end right there and wouldn't wait for others response!

Is there any workaround for this ?
