Hi,
The issue is about Nintex Workflow 2013.
When publishing a new workflow/existing workflow, it shows "Publishing Workflow" and never completes the publishing. It took more than 30 mins, but publishing is not done. And there is no error message displayed.
Has anyone faced this kind of issue? Or any idea what causing the issue?
This issue is on PROD server, appreciate your quick response.

First port of call to try and start debugging this would be the ULS. What errors are appearing ?
