i have to get value from another list column

In my requirement assignees have to get from another list based on some column value equal. how can we give list lookups

How to configure nintex actions in the sharepoint server 2013 please suggest any links.

Hi Jagadeeswar,

You can use Set Worklow Variable (O365) You must have the same kind of action on Premise.

You just need to select Lookup value, Get the list containing your value to lookup and use a key that you can find in both lists (Source & Target)

This is exactly what you need

Here I set to the strManager variable the value Manager from my List Business Unit. The Key is Business Unit.
