We are experiencing a strange error when some users try to save a list item using SmartForms. This works for some users, but others get the error shown below.  We are using https and kerberos. The confusing part is that the users can all access the SmartForm and complete it. The error is only occuring on the save. Has anyone seen this before? We noticed the Username is missing from error message. Thanks in advance.

@the1chill,

Are you inserting data into a SQL database?

I've received an error that looks mighty similar when I did not add the correct permissions on a new database in SQL.

IF you are not using a SQL database, then I am off base with my assumption =) and more information about your flow of data would be beneficial.

Hi, the error seems to be coming from sharepoint based on the message. Does your form happen to be integrated with one of your sharepoint lists/libraries? Perhaps you can check the permissions from that end?
