Hello everyone,
I need your advice, I am trying to create an action to send an email notifcation in advance based on my column "arrival", so if arrival is on date 01.29.2018 I need get a notification 1 day or 24 hours in advance. I have tried using the action "Add Time to Date" Hours Value equal -24 and related to arrival date but this is not working, I am working in Nintex 365, any idea please share with me.

I would create a calculated column in my list for I day in advance and send the email based on that date.

What sort of value is the Add Time to Date action rendering when the workflow runs?
Also, check your data types and variable types to make sure they all match.
