Hi

Can a user with privileges -Manager- get the active work items for all the employees working under him and operate on them?

Bashar,

If "privigeses - Manager" means that user A is designated as the manager of user B in Active Directory, then yes he can see and act on tasks delivered to user B.

The Ability for Managers to open the WorkList Items of their sub-ordinates is disabled in K2 by default. It can be enabled by going to the Settings of the Workflow Server in the Management Console of the Workspace.

You have to enable the 'show worklist for Managed users' check box in the k2 workspace.. no coding is necessary

Many Thanks for both of you
