K2 Workflow Issue - With SharePoint | Lookup view threshold limit(8)

Hi ,

 

We are facing K2 workflow issue with SharePoint on fetching document set (Activity Name – Get Document Set Reference) .

Exact Error which K2 is giving –

“The query cannot be completed because the number of lookup columns it contains exceeds the lookup column threshold enforced by the administrator.”

Temporary solution – In case if it is a product bug , we might need to increase the lookup view threshold limit on the web app level . Once the issue is fixed we need to revert the threshold setting . Looking forward to have permanent solution on the same .
