Error while saving my workflows. \Specified value is not supported for the urlOfFile parameter\"

I am getting below errors when I am trying to save any workflow.

Have you tried on a new workflow? and on another list?

If the error persists, I suggest you to rerun the Nintex installer?

Yes I have tried with new workflows (like new site workflow, new list workflows all), but still same issue.

I have updated the Nintex Workflow 2010 (2.4.3.0) - English and Nintex Workflow for Project Server 2010 (2.0.7.0) - English.

but still same errors.

By using System account I am able to save and publish the project.
