I have a process with a task named 'Send reminder' which has a E-mail event wizard. Within the email settings dialog the recipent has been set to specify. The task has a start rule which is set to 2 days from today.
In the development environment the email notification is sent successfully, however in uat and production the task fails with the following error message.
SmartObject [4e9c9ef5-c67c-40b5-ab0f-5bd52adb305d] could not be found.
where guid is the process id.
The STMP server is configured on the same box as K2. We have an esculation rule in other processes that email users and these are being received successfully.
I am at a loss with this so any help would be appreciated.
