Error during startup of K2 Server

Hi All,

 I changed the password of K2 service account and then I repaired K2 Blackpearl server using the setup in installation folder.

 

On restart of K2 server I got this error 4 times.

 

I am using 4.6.9 dev version.

 

I stroingly believe password change of K2 service account is not the cause of this error.

 

"2781390","2016-01-07 23:09:01","Error","General","1","GeneralErrorMessage","K2Sql.Log","1 The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint 'FK_ServerLog_ItemInstance_ItemID_ServerLog_Item_ID'. The conflict occurred in database 'K2', table 'ServerLog.ItemInstance', column 'ItemID'. The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint 'FK_ServerLog_Item_ProcID_ServerLog_Proc_ID'. The conflict occurred in database 'K2', table 'ServerLog.Item', column 'ProcID'. The statement has been terminated.

 

Any idea guys !!!!

Hi SATYAJEET,

 

Had you tried to run your K2 service via console? It may give you another idea to the error you encountered.

I can run only in Console Mode as the Developer Verison does not allow to run as service
