Thanks. It was just so hard to locate this tool and even now i cannot figure out how to go through links from the home page.

I am guessing that you mean that you are unsure of how Julia got to the Package and Deployment download page from the Portal.k2.com home page. Please see the below image I created to aid you in understanding where Julia found the download link for package and deployment and how to download it.
