Request Data Action with Custom Task From Missing delegate link

Wondering if anyone has run in to this issue before.  We have a Request data action w/ a custom form and "Allow Delegation" is checked yet the link to delegate the task is not displayed on the custom task form like it does on the default Request data task form.  I could probably build the link but would rather not have to.  I don't see any related settings for the Nintex task form nor do I see a control for adding the text w/ the delegate link.

And you didn't delete it?

The link is there in the Common tab for you so shouldn't be too hard to add back in.

If you "reset the form" and try your customisations again is it there (or have you done too much work to try that)?

Thanks for the reply Cassy Freeman‌!  I've tried reseting the form and I've been able to repro the same issue multiple times.  Any time the default form is replaced w/ a custom form the delegate text and link goes away.  Looks like I can build the link using the form common Delegate URL as you pointed out.
