Dynamic Drop Down list of active directory employees to manager

Hi,

I have a nintex form in Sharepoint 365 of Employees' performance review form.

The form is for the manager to fill, so when the manager opens the form, his/her name and email are populated automatically (as the logged in user), and I would like them to choose an employee out of the employees they manage.

I'd like to display that list in a drop down field, and retrieve the data from active directory.

Is there a way to do that (without having to manually create and manage a list on Sharepoint)?

Thanks,

Shiran

Unfortunately, from what I know, that is not possible within Nintex Forms.

@shirane .....You might have to use 2 list.

  1. List 1 is for manager to start review process for his team members
  2. List workflow in list 1 will then:
    • Using LDAP query you can try to get the name of employess whose Manager is the manager submitting the request
    • For each employee, create items in another list i.e. List 2
  3. Maybe you can use different content types if you want to use only 1 list. Create a view to group them by something which is common in both content types

On the form, as @Michel mentioned, it won't be possible.
