Cannot open the worklist

I've got the probelm when I opened the worklist from workspace. I'm using the form generation client event. It showed the message "Unable to retrieve K2 blackpearl data please check connection and that you have rights to the worklist item." Afterthat, I tried to run k2 in console mode, I found this msg "Error 8050 Received BAD Header from ......".


Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Are you using a stand-alone or a distributed enviroment? The error you're seeing seems to be a permission issue.
