Hi,
I'm trying to use a person or group field that allows multiple values with a workflow to set a document's permissions based on the names in the person or group field. How do I get a set item permissions action to recognise the names in the field?

Hi,
1- I created a field named "Users" of type People and Groups
2-I Opened Set item Permissions action in the Workflow
3-I clicked on the image next to Users to select People/Group and selected "Users" field from Item Properties
4-Here we go

Unfortunately you missed the point that my field allows multiple values, not one person only as in your example. If you have multiple values set, it doesn't work.
