Hi All,

This may sound a bit ridiculous but this happened.

This is what I did.

1>Repaired K2 blackpearl to reolve an issue in K2 for Visual Studio

2>Started K2 Server in console mode

3>There was already a workflow deployed to K2 server which was getting triggerred from a Sharepoint site (add a new item to SP list triggers the workflow)

This was working fine

4>After repair of k2 blackpearl server, the workflow mentioned in Step3 is not getting triggered as explained

5>I re deployed the workflow but again the workflow is not getting trigerred.

Please help.

Thanks and Regards,

Satya

Hi,

Can you trigger the process manually?

Hello,

Could you check the host server logs if there are any errors recorded during the time you added a list item? If there is one, please share it with us.

Thank you.

Hi All,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I was able to start the workflow manually.

I repaired K2 for Sharepoint and did not  run the app deployment exe and the issue got resolved.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi All,

I am not sure if this is correct but is it mandatory to repair other components (K2 smartforms / K2 for Sharepoint etc.,) if K2 Blackpearl is repaired.

There is a information / warning message dispalyed before repair "ebverything will be restored back to default" , something like this .

Thanks and Regards,

Satya
