Create standard form in SharePoint

We want to make a standard form with our own logo instead of the Nintex logo.In the community they say that it is possible but that it has to be created on farm level. Couse this item/answer is from 2014 i wonderd if there is a other way to create a standard form without placing it on farmlevel. I know there is a possibility to import and export but that is not what we want we want that every form has the same logo.
