Hi,
I am quite new to K2 Workflows and I have a question in regards to an implementation together with SharePoint 2013. It might involve some knowledge about SharePoint. However, I will no try to describe what my desired application layout is.
It shall be a leave request application.
SharePoint 2013 farm
+ 1 webapplication
++ 1 site collection with a portal (let us call it portal site)
++ 5 site collections for each team (let us call them team site)
In the portal sitecollection I want to have a central list of leave requests. I want to visualize the workflow tasks in the sitecollections of the teams, although the list of leave requests is a central list in the portal site collection.
where are the k2 workitems actually stored? inside the k2 engine?
what makes the k2 worklist/tasks visible?
Is that possible?
