Just created a new SandBox BP system and am receiving this error when creating a simple InfoPath workflow using the wizard. The error comes up after entering the Infopath Form Source Location info and clicking on Next.
" The solution has not been opened. The following error occurred on opening: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: adapter"
Any ideas?

The issue is most probably with one of the data connection you use in the InfoPath form itself. What you can do is remove the data connections one by one to eliminate the ones working, and then you should be able to pinpoint the one causing the issue.
Also do you use one of the data connections on the submit rule of the InfoPath form?

That worked. Once I removed one of the old submit data connections and republished, the wizard worked as it should.
