When designing a workflow, I can get carried away and add a large number of actions during the design / development phase. In order to optimise the performances of the workflow, I need to reduce the number of boxes by creating sub workflows. However, I would like to know if there is a way to quickly determine how many boxes I have in a workflow before making the decision to brake it down. The same thing applies to workflows created by users themselves (who have no concept of performances or technical limitations).

Wow!!! This tool is brilliant! I already played with the XML of the exported workflow, but it was too much work to get information out of it.... Until today!
Thank you so much for this. Brilliant tool, exactly what I needed.
