Nintex form is not opening in view/edit mode

i have a scenario List A has multi line of text field, i need to look up this in my List B. Sharepoint will not allow you to select multi line of text as look up , so i saved List A mulitline of text value as calculated filed and look up in List B.

But the problem is if i design the List B form in nintex and save the record, it saves however when i try to view/edit i get the following error. interestingly if i use out of the box sharePoint form , add/edit/view works perfectly fine.

Sorry, something went wrong
An unexpected error has occurred."
Appreciate your help on this

is that a nintex error or sharepoint one?

can post a screenshot?

for the former one, open developer console and for errors reported.

for the later, you should get there a 'Correlation ID' that you can use to investigate the problem further in SP ULS logs.

I got the correlation ID but when you design the form in nintex then only error is coming, but if you use ootb sharepoint form its fine.

that might be plenty of reasons.

you're lucky you have at least correlation id. you will have to investigate uls logs to identify reason
