Copying Document from One library to another

I'm looking for solution, how to copy document from library A to library B with metadata.

I'm using copy.asmx webservice and function "CopyIntoItemsLocal", but it doesn't copy the metadata of document.

So my question:

Maybe it is another way to copy document with metadata with web-service?

Have you looked at copy to SharePoint action? Or copy item action? I'm sure one of those has the option to copy metadata too. But I'm not at my machine to check now.
