Hi,
I'm trying to activate the K2 Web Designer Menu in sub sites.
Once I reached "Site Features" and click on "ACTIVATE", it displays the following error:
"Failed to Log Error. Log source [K2SharePointProcessDesigner] failed to write."
Something is happening but as it can't write to event log, we cannot troubleshoot it.
Any idea?

Your error most likely indicates that there are not enough permissions on the server to write to the event log.
Check if the application pool account used for the installation of the K2 Designer for SharePoint is part of the Farm Admin group. Is that account Site Collection Administrator. Is it dbowner for K2 Designer for SharePoint database
If the above doesn't work, try setting it as a local admin.

You can also try disabling the IE ESC (IE Enhanced Security Configuration)
Adding the user to the Local Admin should fix allow you to activate the designer to sub sites, if this is the case then you might have stumbled onto a known issue.

BTW, I disabled IE ESC... because setting account as local admin doesn't work
