I have a library where I am receiving InfoPath work forms. A team of folks work those requests to completion. I need to
build a dashboard that rolls up the following:
> Date Completed
> Average Duration to Completion
I have the date such that I can get it out of the library. What I need to do is to get the column data into the TurnAroundTime list
> Average Time to Process (Sum of AvgDur / Count of AvgDur)
I would think I should be able to do this using a Nintex workflow; but for some reason cannot get my Query List action to work as expected.
In the attached I am just trying to output information I queried to myself.

I didn't follow your column flow. What column types are you using for Dates? What is the workflow running on?
One thing you can do is to create a variable in the workflow, query the list and set the variable. That should give you the ability to then move that variable around in a specific format.
You should be able to query the library, find the Item first, then the date. Once you have that, you should be able to use the update list item or set field item to move that date to the list.
