Column to show what the month before is

I have a column which captures the month the item was created.

How do I create a column which shows the month before this month?

Example:

Created month = FEB

New column would show month before = Jan.

You can use the dateAdd-function in your form to add (or subtract) a month from one date, and then use the FormatDate-function to show the name of the calculated Month.
