Collection in Workflow not working properly

Hi,

I am very new to Nintex workflow and have created only couple of them. I need your urgent help in solving a small logical error.

I have created a workflow to send email to every contact in a list whose training status is blank. The workflow is working and sending email but have below two problem:

1. Number of emails are same as of number of items in the list. But the contacts are getting filtered.i.e. sending 4 email if 4 entries are present but to only defaulters.
2. Name of all the defaulters are in included in all email. Name are concatenated with ; i.e. Hello defaulter01; defaulter02
   in all emails.
