Sorry if this has been asked before but I wasn't able to find an existing thread.
Is there some way of controlling where escalation comments show up in an escalated task notification e-mail? The default behaviour of appending the comments to the bottom of the notification is really unhelpful in my use case, as my end-users currently have to scroll down through a reaosnably long e-mail before they can see that it's an escalation rather than a task, which is causing some confusion.
If anyone has figured out a way of moving this text to the top of the e-mail, or has found a workaround to make it more obvious to users that they've received an escalation notification and not a task, I'd be massively grateful for any pointers.
