Hi, i'm developing an online claim application system integrate with k2.net workflow.
The claim system allows a secretary to fill up a claim for her boss and submit the claim for approval on behalf of her boss.
Currently, only the secretary who submit the claim can view the graphical process flow report on the k2net workspace because she is the originator.
How can i allow both party (the secretary and her boss) to view the status of the workflow through the workspace.

The Who can/cannot view reports including view flow is managed by the process permissions assigned to user/groups in K2.net 2003 Service Manager. The permissions that control the Reports are View and View Participate . In your case please make sure that the manager has View permissions on the process (Admin permissions will also allow the user to view the reports). Refer to the K2.net 2003 Service Manager section in the help file for a detailed description and explanation of the various permissions available.
