Process SharePoint Integration Generate new ASP.NET Pages

Hi,

Can someone tell whats the functionality behind "Generate new ASP.NET pages" (the rest of the options are Use Default Pages, Network Share) when integrating a process with SharePoint (SharePoint Workflow Integration).  How is this useful.
