SourceCode.Logging.Extension.EventLogExtension cannot be found

Hi everybody, 


I face the following problem while upgrading the K2 Blackpearl (K2 blackpearl 4.6.3 (4.12060.1530.0))

The description for Event ID 2025 from source SourceCode.Logging.Extension.EventLogExtension cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.


If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.


The following information was included with the event: 


2025 Error Marshalling SourceCode.SmartObjects.Runtime.SmartObjectClientServer.GetSmartObject, Could not load file or assembly 'SourceCode.SmartObjects.RuntimeObjectFactory, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=16a2c5aaaa1b130d' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

However i always found the path as displayed velow ( : replaced by ? )






 


i think this is an a bug need to be raised to the K2 Team,


 


any suggestions guys

Thanks for raising the issue, change the ? to : and see if that fixes the problem. I see a few cases in our support database that this was reported and that fixed it.
