I have a "Run If" workflow that I believe is generating duplicate notifications from a form that multiple people need to touch and save.
How would you create the workflow to run initially when the form is created and then run again only if/when those specific choice fields are modified?
configure workflow to start always when iten is created and conditionally when item is modified.
configure condition acc. your needs - either to choice field(s) to meet specific value(s) or simply being different from previous value.
