Is it necessary or compulsory to upgrade our Nintex version?
How long we should keep our old version before we decide to upgrade it?
What is your nintex version?
My personal opinion is: never upgrading if not nessesary or you experiencing some fixed bugs.
It's not necessary to upgrade Nintex, after that you are free to upgrade principally if you have to fix bugs or if you want some enhancements provided by new versions.
My opinion is to keep an eye on version history to look if there is something useful for you.
