I would suggest that you do a repair in the K2 Setup Manager for the “K2 for SharePoint 2013” installer. and see if that fix the error you having.

Is the SmartObject still present in the SmartObject tester and if present test to see if it is working.
I will try and investigate this a bit in the mean while.

Maybe the System SmartObjects for managing claims have somehow not been deployed. Can you check with the smo tester to see that you have the following SmartObjects?
