Bug : multiples instances of same group task

Hello,

I have a problem :

When I assign a Flexitask to a sharepoint group (with no creation of individual tasks). This task have a random of the same task duplicate in the task list.

• Only one a them is working (if a try to open the others I found the "unexpected error" page of SP).
• When the task is answered all others stay in a pending state, even the workflow is completed.
• The workflow can be completed.
• This bug appears on other workflows
• This task are started from a nested workflow (a workflow launched by an other workflow on the same list)

Is anyone can help me to solve this problem ?
