I just had a client ask me about replying to a lazy approval email and I wasn't sure of the behaviour.
What happens if the user responds with multiple keywords?
For example they put both Approve and Reject in the response email.
Would it error out?
Would it only process the first keyword?
What happens if the both keywords are on the same line?
What happens if the keywords are on consecutive lines?
