Nintex Forms 2013 - People/ Date Picker got a transparent Background

Badge +1

Hey guys,

First off, this is my First Post happy.png, and English isn't my native Language, so sorry for possible upcoming mistakes.

So iam using Nintex Forms 2013 on SharePoint onPremise and we got the latest September Update.
We started using the new Nintex Forms Responsive Design and got some Problems now.

The Date Picker got an transparent background.

In the screenshot below it's a new Form, without any modifications, and i don't think its intended that the background is transparent?

Does anyone have an idea, what the reason could be?

I am thankful for any idea, tip.

Greetings,

Javan

Have you tried to publish form and test that way?

it may be limitation of preview.

Hey,

yeah i published it, and sadly it still doesn't work.

Could it be a Nintex Update Bug?

I can't find any reason for the transparent background.

I see, I can reproduce it as well.

and just the same for people picker control.

it really seems to be a bug, I'd suggest to open a ticket with

Agreed, and, lighting the ‌ signal. (What would that signal look like, I wonder?)

Hi Javan,

That is certainly not what it is supposed to look like. Do you have any custom CSS?

Cheers,

Euan

Hello Euan,

same problem here.

Nintex Forms 2013 (Version: 2.11.0.1) on SharePoint 2013.

Responsive design, Standard Theme.

We don't have any custom CSS attached.

Hi Amando Albarran‌,

I believe this issue is not showing in Nintex Forms 2013 v2.11.1.0.

Dear Abdullah,

Thank you for the hint, we will update next week, then I will post if that solved the problem.

Hi

Does this work for you?

Badge

Hi Abdullah,

I wanted to update to 2.11.1.0, however, when we had the time to do it 2.11.1.10 was already released.

When I checked the release Notes of the .10 version I saw that Nintex has addressed the transparency problem. :-)

And yes indeed it was fixed after installation!

Enjoy...
